At Sector 9, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your new skateboard or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused gear in its original box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
